Our client is an experienced sushi operator with an established reputation, based in another mall. His new concept was intended for a new food court development in Westfield Christchurch. It was to be a high-class collection of food kiosks in a lounge-like setting, more of a restaurant feel than the average food court. Lucid’s approach was to amalgamate a range of traditional and contemporary Japanese themes, from fishing boats to Manga comics with a Japanese woodblock aesthetic.

CONTRACT SCOPE: Kiosk concept design & detail documentation. Service & kitchen design. Liaise with landlord to achieve design approval. Obtain building consent. Graphic design: logo, signage, menu and livery design.
